The location is very central, near shops. plenty of parking was available. This simplified coming and going. the cooked breakfast was also good. It started the day well.

The staff was very cute. They helped me locate the car park.
My room was cold upon arrival. I only had a small plug-in heater and felt very chilly even under the duvet. The hot water was insufficient. I had to boil the kettle several times to have a hot bath.

i stayed in a lovely room. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel provided great parking right on the main street, opposite a sainsbury's. the wood-paneled bar was also lovely!!!
the shower curtain was dirty, which i found unpleasant. i think this detail could have been better maintained. otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was very nice, warm, and had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I found plenty of storage space, useful. The hotel is beautiful. I especially liked the lounge and dining room. Dinner was very nice!!!
